Dutchman Kelvin Snoeks moved atop the listings as the second Formula 2 practice session was staged at Oschersleben on Friday afternoon. The Dutchman, who was third fastest this morning, leads the way heading into qualifying from Practice 1 leader Sergey Afanasiev.
